All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a qualified, registered prescriber following a clinical assessment of your submitted medical information. Our pharmacist will review and approve each order before dispensing.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We will not dispatch any medication until payment has been successfully processed and your order has been clinically approved. If your order is declined on clinical grounds, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and legal requirements under UK medicines legislation.
If your order is rejected on clinical grounds, a full refund will be processed automatically. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion where we have concerns regarding patient safety or eligibility.
